Best Condo On Northshore, Maybe in Kauai
There isn't much I can say about this AMAZING property that hasn't already been said. The decor is sublime, the location is perfect, every amenity has been included, the beds are comfy, the linens are great, the kitchen is very well equipped including quality pots pans and appliances, there are high-end designer touches everywhere. Even yoga mats! The lanai wraps around so you have plenty of space to watch the sunrise and the ocean. Lots and lots of furniture choices to enjoy outdoors. Huge selection of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. to take to the perfect Hanalei beach just a few minutes away. Very quite and chill neighborhood. Easy free parking. Great communication with the owners. If you are on the fence about spending a bit more to stay in a five star place, don't hesitate - book this one right away. It's sooo worth it!

Paradise
This is a stunning property situated on a bluff overlooking the ocean. We couldn't be more grateful to the property owner. The condo is impeccably decorated (consistent with the marketing photos), and both beautiful and functional. The location is perfect. We have stayed in various locations and condos on Kauai, and this property in Princeville is top-notch. The condo is very quiet, with the exception of the sound of ocean surf, which is absolutely heavenly. The views from the bedrooms and lanai are breathtaking. Though the condo is on the first floor, when you look out of the bedroom windows, it almost appears that you are suspended above the ocean. The amenities in the unit are top notch. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are luxurious. The condo is in a very peaceful area, yet within a mile or two of local amenities. We became attached to many local restaurants, including two within a one-mile or so drive. The Princeville Center is about five minutes away by car, and offers a number of retail shops - including a well-stocked grocery store, delicious local restaurants (including a shave ice place) and food trucks. Hanalei is also a short drive away, and offers both once-in-a-lifetime scenery, and a number of restaurants and small retail establishments. We hope to have the opportunity to visit this beautiful property again!

Retreat
Lovely time in well appointed condo. Hiked down to turtle cove to see sea turtles and saw whales from windows. Checked all the boxes for our vacation/anniversary/birthday stay.

Wow! Just Wow!
We have rented houses worldwide and can’t think of any we liked better than this charming cottage perched on the ocean. No pictures can do it justice. Once we mastered the light switches we couldn’t find anything to improve upon it. We wouldn’t have changed a bit of the decor down to the smallest accessory—perfect! And the beds...ahh, the beds! Never has any of us slept in such a comfortable bed. We’re just sorry that we didn’t think to look for the mattress brand (as we did with the great pillows). The house is beautifully decorated, VERY well stocked, and situated in a wonderful spot. Would love to return—it was all we could to to force ourselves to leave. Thank you for opening your home to us—we will never forget it.

A Beautiful Place to Stay
The cottage looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect!! It's beautifully decorated with a beautiful view of the ocean and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves every night. Any time I had a question I received an email back promptly. We couldn't have asked for a nicer few days. I wish all rentals like this were true to their images.

Absolutely Fantastic. Beautiful place.
Owner has done an incredible update with amazing top notch quality. We previously spent 9 nights in a so called updated condo in Poipu. No, it wasn't updated. The furniture was old and quite common and boring. Ali Kai in Princeville was outstanding, a complete charm. My wife and I felt that we were home. From the first minute we could feel a calm coming over us. Talk about being relaxed... Owner deserves 10 stars, not just 5. We're already talking about coming back next year, except we will do more than 5 nights. Many thanks.

Perfect Vacation Spot
This is a beautiful well appointed condo with the feel of a cottage. Decor was beautiful. Better than a luxury hotel. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed including a blender for our morning smoothies. Beach gear was great. Quiet spot, semi-private yard, ocean view. This was definitely a special place. And just as pictured!
